Job Description Summary
A Salesforce technical lead is responsible for
• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including developing custom solutions and interfaces.
• Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality code and appropriate design patterns.
• Provide mentorship and supervise the development team.
• Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the system continually.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides.
• Keep up with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and current functionalities.
Technical Experience
Hands on experience in designing, delivering the requirements.
Lead Development Projects
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Collaboration
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Integration
Coordinate with other departments to integrate Salesforce with other business systems.
Technical Guidance
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
Troubleshooting
Resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
Preferences
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications:
Salesforce certifications such Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
