Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager Production to lead and manage manufacturing operations across Weld Shop, Robotic Welding, Powder Coating, Assembly, and related production processes.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient production operations while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, productivity, cost control, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end production operations
- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining required quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Manage and optimize manpower, machines, materials, and production capacity.
- Drive improvements in productivity, OEE, cycle time, line balancing, and overall equipment utilization.
- Lead robotic welding operations and ensure optimum utilization of robotic systems and automation.
- Monitor and improve welding processes, fixtures, jigs, and production methodologies.
- Oversee powder coating operations, including pre-treatment, coating quality, curing, and process efficiency.




- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve production efficiency.
- Control production costs and minimize rejection, rework, scrap, downtime, and material wastage.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/production operations.
- Solid experience in Weld Shop, Robotic Welding, Powder Coating, Sheet Metal Fabrication, and Assembly.

Preferred Candidate: Candidate should have worked with not more than two companies in their career, demonstrating valuable organizational stability and long-term commitment.

- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple production functions and lead large teams.
- Candidates from automotive, sheet metal, furniture, fabrication, engineering, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
