Role Overview
The Senior Analyst, Marketing Intelligence provides dedicated analytical support to all the business lines with a core focus on data validation and integrity for critical AI and data infrastructure initiatives. This role combines tactical reporting and performance monitoring with ownership of data quality assurance as the team builds OneSource with JLLT engineering and migrates KOI into RevOps systems. The role ensures business-line responsiveness while serving as the data steward for the team's most significant AI initiative, guaranteeing both OneSource and KOI deliver trusted, decision-ready data.
Key Responsibilities
OneSource & KOI Data Validation (Primary Focus)
Own end-to-end data validation as OneSource is built with JLLT engineering
Lead data quality assurance during KOI migration into RevOps systems
Establish and execute validation frameworks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Identify and resolve data discrepancies, gaps, and integrity issues
Collaborate with engineering teams to define data requirements and acceptance criteria
Document data validation processes and maintain quality standards
Drive the initiative to completion by ensuring both platforms provide trusted, actionable data
Serve as the RevOps data steward for the team's largest AI initiative
Ad Hoc Analytical Support
Respond to AdHoc data requests globally
Translate business questions into report queries
Deliver timely, accurate analysis
Support executive presentations with data-driven inputs (The Campaign Scorecard can be a shared effort between this person and the SFDC specialist??)
Funnel & Lead Scoring Monitoring
Support ongoing lead scoring evaluation
Monitor Enq → Prospect progression
Identify funnel bottlenecks
Provide tactical optimization recommendations
Reporting Documentation & Data Hygiene
Maintain reporting templates and documentation
Support data cleanup initiatives
Ensure consistency in recurring reports
Required Qualifications
3–5 years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, Revenue Operations, or data engineering
Strong data validation and quality assurance experience
Working knowledge of BI tools, reporting and data structures
Experience with data migration projects or system implementations preferred
Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
Detail-oriented analytical mindset with exceptional attention to data accuracy
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
Comfortable working on ambiguous, evolving projects requiring proactive problem-solving
