Job Summary
Solid working knowledge of UKG/Kronos (WFM, Time & Attendance).
Strong hands on experience in creating Pay policies, Accrual Polices and Employee Self-service (GTOR).
Hands on creating Business structure, org structure, and Display and FAP's.
Strong hands-on experience in configuring devices/clocks.
Strong reports and data view knowledge and experience.
Good to have Attestation and Attendance configuration/implementation experience.
Good to have advance scheduling experience.
Strong debugging and problem solving skills.
Valuable understanding and knowledge about the Boomi integrations.
Good communication and documentation skills.
