Job Summary
To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing the technical architecture and data exchange ("handshake") between the VMS platform and Ford’s core enterprise systems, specifically SAP S/4 HANA (ERP) and Oracle HCM
• Engage with customers to deeply understand their use-cases, pain points, and requirements
• Assess the requirements of the service for integration method, deployment strategy, etc.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams like product owners, designers, architects etc.




• Familiar with programming practices, such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
• Support security practices to safeguard user data including encryption and anonymization.
• Develop and maintain back-end applications like APIs and microservices using server-side languages
• Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and capabilities to deliver their solutions, and are monitoring and participating in solutions for current stack layers, often involving industry collaboration
