Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Programme Manager to lead large-scale, multi-market programs with end-to-end ownership—from planning through execution to stabilization. This role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive complex, multi-workstream deliveries in a structured and predictable manner.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs across multiple workstreams and markets (plan → execute → stabilize).
• Own overall program accountability, including delivery timelines, quality, and outcomes.
• Manage and lead a team of Project Managers and PMO professionals to ensure consistent delivery and governance.
• Establish and drive program governance with senior stakeholders, ensuring transparent decision-making and alignment.
• Drive program planning, execution tracking, and milestone management across all workstreams.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across Group and Local Market teams including Product,



Technology, Data, Security, and external vendors.
• Maintain and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), ensuring strong mitigation strategies and clear escalation paths.
• Ensure seamless coordination between multiple Agile squads and vendors, maintaining delivery cadence and quality.
• Work closely with Technical Delivery Managers to ensure alignment between business priorities and technical execution.
• Drive outcome tracking, delivery hygiene, and program-level performance monitoring.
• Own executive-level reporting including metrics, milestones, and concise status narratives.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into structured program plans and actionable deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and risk frameworks without impacting delivery timelines.
• Oversee program stabilization and transition to BAU with proper closure documentation and governance.
