Job Summary
Operations Management for complex /large projects with focus on continuous improvement, problem-solving, meeting client SLAs, and empowering teams through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
2. Understand client requirements and accountable in ensuring support team is meeting client expectations
3. To lead and mentor the project team and ensure transparent communication of project goals.
4. Brining new ideas and innovation for process development and overall organizational progress.
5. To provide solutions commensurate with the customers’ needs within the ambit of the given environment so as to lead to business results.

Skill Requirements
Primary Skill- Cisco ASA/FTD/FMC Firewall
Firewall Management: Configure, deploy, and maintain Cisco ASA/Firepower firewalls and related security appliances.
Policy Administration: Create and manage firewall rules, access control lists (ACLs), and security policies.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor firewall logs, identify potential threats, and resolve connectivity or security issues.
Network Security: Implement VPNs, NAT,



and advanced security features to protect network traffic.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and maintain detailed documentation of configurations and changes.
Incident Response: Assist in security incident investigations and provide timely resolutions.
Performance Optimization: Regularly review and optimize firewall configurations for efficiency and security.
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, and related security technologies.
Proficiency in Cisco Security Manager, Firepower Management Center (FMC).
Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and routing concepts.
Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN).
Familiarity with IDS/IPS, NAT, and high availability configurations.
Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Secondary Skill- Fortinet/Forti manager Firewall, FortiVPN, Netskope Proxy
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with very large and complex network.
Self-motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership of tasks and projects, able to work with the team, and manages tasks effectively and has a proven track record of consist and organized outputs.

Strong Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
Root cause analysis investigations
Work with Customers and vendor partners to troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with those security products.
The ability to work in a shift work environment (7x24x365)
Desired Certification- NSE7, CISCO certified etc
Thorough understanding on network technologies – and solid knowledge in TCP/IP routing & switching.
Hands on experience with Next Gen Firewalls & UTM features.
Knowledge on ITIL process.
Shall have good verbal/written communication skills.
Incumbent should carry continual system improvement mind-set and able to demonstrate in work.
Client facing technical analysis report and presentation skills.
