Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, particularly in ITSM applications, and will collaborate with internal teams, implementation partners, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Your Job
Design, develop, and implement solutions within ServiceNow ( ITSM, HRSD, GRC/IRM )
Develop scripts using JavaScript, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow scripting framework
Configure core components such as Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
Build workflows/flows, automate processes, and support system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Develop catalog items and solutions using Studio and Flow Designer
Work on modules including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Portal, Asset Management, and Performance Analytics




Collaborate with business and technical teams to convert requirements into technical solutions
Support upgrades, deployment, and testing (QA/UAT) activities
Troubleshoot issues and ensure high-performance platform delivery

Other Responsibilities
Follow all Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS), security, and compliance requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Strong experience in ServiceNow development (5–10 years overall IT experience)
Extensive hands-on experience in ITSM modules
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, HTML, XML, AJAX
Good understanding of ITIL processes
Experience in integrations and platform customization
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications
CSA (Certified System Administrator) – Mandatory
CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR – Valuable to have
Experience in HRSD and GRC/IRM modules
