Job Summary
1. Provide L2/L3 support and has robust Understanding in EKM RULES Creation, Monitoring, Debugging.
2. Understanding with custom scripts for different solutions like requisitions, Smart Templates, Worklist, Patient List, Labels, Banner Bar, depart tokens.
3. Creation and Modifications of DA2 Reports, Explorer Menu Reports.
4. Strong command in CCL Script Writing.
5. Scheduling reports to printers or emails via Olympus.
6. Good to have knowledge on PowerInsight.
2-4+ years working with Cerner solutions, preferably in CCP, Cerner Millennium Support and familiar with incident management and change management processes using ServiceNow.
Shift - India Night Shift - Need to support Client Business Hours US - 8 AM - 5 PM PST.

Key Responsibilities
1. To maintain existing features,



troubleshoot bugs, resolve ad-hoc requests and provide support for enhancement (major and minor) /new developments based on business/ client requirements as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.
2. To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.
3. To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements.
4. To provide technical guidance to junior developers.
5. To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
