Job Summary
The Workplace Experience (WPE) Architect is responsible for designing, transforming, and governing experience‑centric digital workplace solutions that

Key Responsibilities
Workplace Experience Architecture
Define and own the Workplace Experience architecture covering devices, collaboration, productivity, support, and experience measurement.
Design persona‑based and journey‑driven workplace solutions aligned to business outcomes.
Create reference architectures, experience blueprints, and multi‑year workplace transformation roadmaps.

Demand Creation & Consulting
Support demand creation and shaping by defining WPE offerings, value propositions, and solution components.
Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to translate business challenges into WPE‑led solutions.
Provide architecture leadership for RFPs, proposals, and deal solutioning.

Digital Employee Experience (DEX)
Architect solutions leveraging DEX platforms (e.g., Nexthink, Aternity, Lakeside SysTrack).
Define experience KPIs, sentiment analytics, and proactive remediation models.
Enable shift‑left, self‑healing, and automation‑led workplace experiences.

Workplace Technology Domains
End User Computing & Modern Workplace: Windows / macOS, VDI, Cloud PC




Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva)
Unified Endpoint Management & Identity: Intune, SCCM, JAMF
Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Zero Trust
Experience‑driven IT Operations: ITSM integration (ServiceNow)
AI Ops, automation, virtual assistants

Governance & Standards
Define workplace experience standards, architectural principles, and design guidelines.
Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Review and approve WPE solution designs across accounts and transformation programs.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to senior IT and business leaders.
Lead architectural reviews and mentor solution architects and consultants.
Evangelize experience‑led IT and future‑of‑work concepts.

Skill Requirements
Technical & Domain Expertise
Strong background in: Digital Workplace & End User Services
Microsoft 365 & collaboration platforms
Endpoint & identity management
VDI, mobility, and hybrid workplace models
Valuable understanding of AI‑enabled workplace tools and automation

Experience & Design Skills
Experience with: Employee persona modeling & journey mapping
Experience analytics and outcome‑based SLAs
Workplace transformation programs

Consulting & Soft Skills
Strong consultative mindset and executive communication

Other Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
Preferred Certifications: Microsoft 365 / Azure Architect
ITIL / ITSM
DEX platform certifications (Nexthink, Aternity – desirable)
Nice to Have
Exposure to Microsoft Vivasuite (Insights, Connections, Glint)
Experience with future‑of‑work initiatives and workplace transformation at scale
Prior presales or advisory experience in large enterprise accounts
