The Role Responsibilities
1. Provide advisory services on treasury products to Treasures clients to achieve clients and financial objectives.
2. Coach, train and lead sales team (BMs and TRMs) to promote FX/DCI, fulfilling internal and external regulatory requirement.
3. Lead and support sales team to deliver the set revenue target and grow FX/DCI AUM.

Perform joint sales call / appointment with RMs when required.
5. Drive and grow the FX/DCI business through an effective sales management model.
6. Attend all relevant training/briefings and assist in treasury product development by providing feedback on clients; preferences and needs as well as contributing ideas on how products can be better packaged and retailed to clients.

Our Ideal Candidate:
1. Bachelor degree with good communication skills.
2. At least 2 years relevant experiences in treasury products to include FX spot, dual-currency investment, margin trading and currency accumulator.
3. A strong FX and Treasury market knowledge and sales experiences are necessary.
4. Strong strategic planning skills and be able to drive initiative to grow business volume.
5. Strong communication skills, experience in engaging and engaging with sales teams to deliver target.
6. Good understanding of rules and regulations relevant to sales and operations of FX products in Taiwan.
7. 需具備以下四張財富管理證照: (1) 信託業務人員、 (2) 投信投顧 關法規 (3) 衍生性金融商品銷售人員資格 或 結構型商品銷售人員資格 (4) 金融市場常識與職業道德測驗
