Job Summary
The Senior Design Lead oversees multiple design teams within the Architecture/Design work area, setting organizational design standards and driving innovation throughout the design process. This role is crucial for ensuring that design efforts significantly contribute to achieving business objectives, creating user-friendly and intuitive software and products that enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize Labview Expertise To Design And Implement Automated Test Systems, Ensuring That Software Products Meet User-Friendly And Intuitive Standards While Aligning With User Expectations.
• Lead A Team Of Designers In Developing High-Quality Design Solutions,



Providing Mentorship And Guidance To Ensure Alignment With Organizational Business Goals.
• Present Innovative Design Concepts And Contribute To Shaping The Overall Design Vision And Strategy, Ensuring The Technical Feasibility Of Designs In Labview.
• Conduct Research On Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies In Automated Test Systems, Integrating Relevant Advancements Into Design Practices To Drive Innovation And Excellence.
