Job Summary
Responsibilities :-Positive communication skills, should be able to handle bridge calls

ITIL Processes awareness and adherence
Mentoring / Training Team Members
Handling tickets / requests
Troubleshooting technical issues
Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction
Identify Skill gaps and plan for training / knowledge updating
Day-to-Day reporting analysis tasks
User co-ordination & follow-up
24*7 support.

Key Responsibilities
Hands on operations experience on ESPD, Control-M
Providing batch support 24*7 that involves Monitoring the batch cycle, escalating/fixing the failures as per the documentation/instructions
Ensuring the timelines of the Batch-cycles




Resolve Adhoc/single run/on demand request made by the Business
Awareness of the relevant SLA while addressing the incident
Daily Generating the Health Reports to client personnel
Escalate deviations in the batch schedule
Training/Mentor for new support team members
Monitoring the batch, Service now tool & closing open tickets
Communication with business users related to resolving the queries
Doing hourly health checks and Restart, cancel, Force complete the jobs.
Share logs with users as per requirement from history

Skill Requirements
Drive end to end batch operations using ESP-D and Control-M, ensuring reliable scheduling, proactive monitoring, and quick resolution of job failures.
