Job Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Consultant to support SAP S/4 Business Process Validation initiatives for NBCUniversal. The role focuses on SAP Master Data Governance configuration, validation, and testing across core master data domains, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance compliance in an SAP S/4HANA workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP MDG as part of SAP S/4HANA business process validation programs.
Work on Customer Master Data and Business Partner governance and validation.
Support GL, Cost Center, and Profit Center master data configuration and validation.
Design and support MDG workflows, validations, and approval processes.
Collaborate with functional, technical, and integration teams for end-to-end master data processes.
Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing related to master data and MDG objects.
Assist with data migration, data cleansing, and reconciliation activities.
Ensure adherence to NBCUniversal data governance, audit, and compliance standards.
Prepare documentation and provide support during go-live and post-go-live phases.

Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in SAP MDG on SAP S/4HANA.




Experience in Customer Master Data and Business Partner configuration.
Good knowledge of GL, Cost Center, and Profit Center master data.
Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA testing activities (SIT, UAT).
Strong understanding of master data governance and data quality principles.
Positive communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Secondary / Preferred Skills
Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation or validation programs.
Knowledge of SAP data migration and integration concepts.
Experience working in offshore delivery models.
SAP MDG or SAP functional certifications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
