Job Summary
• Deep proficiency in program and program management methodologies: Agile (Scrum, SAFe), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Skilled in program planning tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Projects) and executive reporting platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build realistic, defensible Program estimates and schedules in technically ambiguous domains.
• Strong command of risk management frameworks applied to enterprise technology Programs.
• Experience with benefits realization frameworks and Program-level OKR/KPI management.
• Formal certification preferred: PMP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent.





Key Responsibilities
1. To manage the customer delivery / expectations and the technical team
2. To architect| design and develop solution for product / project and sustenance delivery
3. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
5. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with current technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
