Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.




• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
• Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with PySpark, Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and debug software issues.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and application support methodologies.
• Ability to work with logs, monitoring tools, and diagnostic utilities to identify root causes.
• Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical team members.

Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
