Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cerner Lab Analyst to join our healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cerner Millennium's Laboratory modules such as PathNet, RadNet, and Orders & Results. You will play a key role in the implementation, optimization, and support of laboratory workflows within the Cerner workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze, design, and configure Cerner Lab modules (PathNet General Laboratory, Microbiology, Blood Bank, etc.)
• Support integration of lab systems with other Cerner and third-party systems (e.g., instruments, LIS)
• Collaborate with clinicians, lab staff, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Develop and execute test plans, validation, and change control documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and enhancement requests
• Assist with data migrations and go-live support
• Provide end-user training and create documentation as needed

Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Cerner PathNet and lab-related solutions




• Experience with orderables, results, specimen collection workflows, and analyzer integration
• Familiarity with Discern Rules, CCL, and front-end configuration tools
• Understanding of HL7 interfaces and instrument interfacing tools
• Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills

Key Responsibilities
1. To maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs, resolve ad-hoc requests and provide support for enhancement (major and minor) /new developments based on business/ client requirements as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.
2. To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.
3. To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements
4. To provide technical guidance to junior developers
5. To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
