Job Summary
Project Manager for DC & Infra T&T;: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee a team of project coordinators, ensuring seamless execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver DC & Infra T&T; for NN:
• Lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple Agile teams.
• Develop and manage a well-defined program management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain dependency plans between planned sprints across all teams and identify/mitigate risks.




• Work with Agile teams and stakeholders to drive adoption and training, ensuring they are using Agile methodologies.
• Ensure the team is fully functional, productive, and focused on delivering quality objectives.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing periodic project progress reports and dashboards to key stakeholders.
• Manage and resolve conflicts, challenges, and obstacles that may occur during the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate and encourage open communication and discussion between stakeholders.
• Ensure explicit communication and organization of all strategic initiatives as well as regular, routine updates and project reports.
