The Incumbent would be Responsible for:

Customer management and value creation from existing Customers Lead a team of Sales engineers assigned for a specific Sales region Develop competency of Sales engineers Work In conjunction with tendering managers to develop strategy for bidding to win Market Sulzer pumps offering for Customer across India Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 12 + Years of experience in Sales / Application Engg of Pumps (preferred) or Compressors or rotating equipment for Engineered applications with experience on: Process Engineering for Oil & Gas Good written and verbal communications Experience in Value Selling Enjoys travel and penchant for networking Market analysis Team Player Clear Communication both written and spoken Aptitude to achieve big Attitude of go getter Strategical thinker
