Job Summary
The Tower Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of Identity Access Management (IAM) projects and CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions. This position is crucial for maintaining operational excellence, driving customer satisfaction, and implementing strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure The Generation Of Tower-Level Efficiency And Effectiveness Revenue By Implementing Strategic Iam Project Management Practices And Leveraging Cyberark Pam Tools.
2. Manage Escalations And Crises By Closing All Responsibilities And Tasks Within Agreed Sla Norms, Utilizing Cyberark Vault And Pvwa For Effective Resolution.
3.



Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports And Ensuring Service Delivery Aligns With The Statement Of Work (Sow) Through Effective Use Of Cyberark Cpm And Psm.
4. Enhance Customer Satisfaction By Promoting Positive Engagement And Developing New Initiatives And Frameworks Focused On Iam Best Practices And Cyberark Solutions.
5. Implement The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Identifying And Executing Opportunities For Automation And Self-Driven Initiatives Within Iam Project Management And Cyberark Pam Processes.

Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of Iam Project Management Principles And Methodologies.
2. Proficiency In Cyberark Pam Tools Including Vault, Pvwa, Cpm, And Psm.
3. Solid Knowledge Of Identity Management Frameworks And Best Practices.
4. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Manage Operational Crises Effectively.

Other Requirements
1. Recommended Certifications: Cyberark Certified Trustee, Iam Professional Certification, Or Equivalent
