Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 6–8 years of hands-on experience to support SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and support engagements. The role involves end-to-end ownership of SAP Finance processes, configuration, testing, and stakeholder coordination in an offshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure, support, and enhance SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA).
• Work on end-to-end finance business processes, ensuring accurate financial postings and compliance with accounting standards.
• Support SAP S/4HANA Finance or ECC implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution for finance-related processes.
• Perform posting validation, reconciliation, and analysis of financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, CO, ABAP, Integration) to resolve functional and integration issues.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases, and user guides.
• Provide production support, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement.




• Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Mandatory Skills
• 6–8 years of strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
• In-depth knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Experience working on SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP ECC environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance and accounting processes.
• Experience in testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and defect management.
• Ability to analyze financial postings and resolve configuration or process-related issues.
• Good communication skills and experience working in an offshore delivery model.

Preferred / Positive-to-Have Skills
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects.
• Knowledge of integrations with MM, SD, CO, and third-party systems.
• Experience with Intercompany Accounting, Banking, or FSCM/Treasury is a plus.
• SAP FICO certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
1. To analyze, define and design technical solution for ERP product’s enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages.
2. To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs and act as a primary point of contact for addressing complex technical issues.
3. To collaborate and interact with the client and other cross functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements so as to deliver seamless technical solutions.
4. To anchor team meetings ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination within the technical consultant team and the clients.
5. To mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
