Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead in SharePoint framework and SharePoint is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects related to SharePoint implementation projects. They will be tasked with leading a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of sharepoint solutions.
2. Provide technical expertise and guidance on sharepoint framework to ensure project success.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
4. Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure quality deliverables.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in sharepoint framework and sharepoint to drive innovation and efficiency.
6. Manage project timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of projects.
7. Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in sharepoint framework including sharepoint online and sharepoint server.
2. Robust experience in developing custom sharepoint solutions using sharepoint framework (spfx) and sharepoint designer.
3. In-depth understanding of sharepoint architecture,



web parts, site collections, and content types.
4. Ability to troubleshoot and debug sharepoint applications for optimal performance.
5. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
6. Strong leadership skills to lead a team of developers and drive project success.

Summary
· Builds and modernizes solutions on SharePoint Online (SPFx, React, Node, modern web parts).
· Refactors legacy components encountered during migration (custom scripts, web parts)
· Collaborates with migration teams to remediate issues found by pre-migration checkpoints.
· Develops automation and tooling (PowerShell, PnP, Graph) to accelerate migration/adoption.
· Designs workflows using Power Automate; replaces legacy workflows/InfoPath where needed.
· Azure Runbooks to go through sites and make changes to configurations
· Ensures accessibility, performance, and secure coding practices.
· Contributes to CI/CD pipelines and environments (Dev/Test/Prod).
· Provides production support and continuous improvement.

Role Overview
The SharePoint Developer designs, builds, and modernizes SharePoint solutions that support an enterprise migration of a company Intranet built on SharePoint.



This role focuses on creating maintainable modern experiences, integrating with M365 services, and remediating legacy customizations that block migration or adoption of SharePoint Online.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop SPFx solutions (web parts/extensions) using TypeScript/React/Node.
· Modernize legacy SharePoint solutions from SharePoint 2013/2016/2019:
o Replace classic customizations with modern patterns
o Reduce reliance on JS injection and unsupported features
· Support migration readiness by remediating:
o Broken links, unsupported web parts
· Build automation using PnP PowerShell / Microsoft Graph / REST to:
o Provision sites and artifacts at scale
o Apply settings, metadata, navigation
o Report on inventory, usage, and compliance
· Implement workflows and forms modernization:
o Power Automate flows
o Power Apps forms as replacements where appropriate
· Participate in solution design reviews, code reviews, and SDLC compliance.
· Document deliverables and create support-ready runbooks.

Qualifications
· 4+ years in SharePoint development; strong SharePoint Online experience.
· SPFx, TypeScript, Node, Gulp, React (or Angular), and modern SharePoint patterns.
· Power Automate experience; understanding of Microsoft Graph and REST APIs.
· Experience working with migration tools and remediation (ShareGate exposure preferred).

Nice to Have
· Azure Functions / Logic Apps
· Knowledge of Microsoft Purview labeling/retention impacts on development
· Experience supporting enterprise governance and provisioning patterns.
