L3 Network Engineer (6+ years relevant experience)

Role Summary
Own design, advanced troubleshooting, and optimization of enterprise network platforms across SD‑WAN, LAN/WLAN, cloud interconnect, and monitoring. Act as the technical escalation point and design authority.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and optimize Aruba SD‑WAN architectures (Edge Gateways, Azure hubs)
• Lead LAN/WLAN design and performance tuning (CX switches, Wi‑Fi 6E/7, Aruba Central)
• Architect and troubleshoot Azure Virtual WAN and ExpressRoute
• Design and govern highly available DNS/DHCP/IPAM platforms
• Drive monitoring and AIOps integration (Aruba Central with SolarWinds / Datadog)
• Lead root cause analysis for major incidents
• Review changes, mentor L2 engineers, and define standards/runbooks




• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills
• Deep expertise in Aruba SD‑WAN and Aruba Central
• Advanced LAN/WLAN design and troubleshooting
• DDI Infoblox
• Monitoring, telemetry, and cross‑tool integration experience

Prefered Skils
• Strong Azure networking and hybrid connectivity knowledge
