Location: Kochi/NagpurnnnOpenings: 1nnnnnnResponsibilities:nnnLead, plan, and allocate work across the Engineering team for balanced workloads and on-time delivery.nPrepare and technically review all engineering deliverables prior to client submission: GA, Wiring Diagrams, Loop Drawings, I/O List, System Architecture, Network Drawings, Control Philosophy, FDS, Logic Diagrams, Cable Schedules, FAT/SAT Procedures, and Reports, etc.nReview and validate PLC/RTU logic and SCADA Screens against the FDS.nEstablish and enforce drawing standards, design templates, and best practices per client requirements and applicable standards (IEC/NFPA).nReview client specifications, Pu0026IDs, and tender documents; lead technical clarification meetings and issue TQs as required.nProvide engineering input on SIS requirements, SIL allocation, and BPCS/SIS interface design per IEC 61511.nEnsure compliance with hazardous area classification (ATEX/IECEx) in equipment selection, panel design, and field wiring.nManage engineering scope, deliverable registers, and schedule across multiple concurrent projects.nSupport pre-bid activities: technical scope definition and engineering manhour estimation.nReview vendor submittals, BoMs, and technical datasheets for compliance with engineering specifications.nCoordinate engineering-to-commissioning handover with Site Services; conduct or delegate site survey visits as required.nInterface with process, instrumentation, electrical, and civil disciplines to align design with project objectives.nAct as the senior engineering escalation point during FAT, SAT, and site commissioning; provide remote and in office support.nMentor junior and mid-level engineers; conduct performance reviews and recommend training or recruitment actions.nRequirements:nnnBE in Electrical u0026 Electronics, Electronics u0026 Instrumentation, Electronics u0026 Communication,
