Insurance is usually about "just in case."

We're building something about "just in time" — turning Group Health Insurance into an Employee Happiness Program for MSMEs across India.

We're looking for someone who:

✅ Keeps clients so happy, churn isn't even a conversation

✅ Reads health metrics like a story — and acts before the plot twists

✅ Turns onboarding into adoption, and adoption into advocacy

✅ Spots the upsell before sales even asks

✅ Makes insurers a little jealous of how well they know Employee Benefits

**What you bring:**

6+ years in Client Retention / Customer Success / Account Management

**Mandatory: Indian insurance industry experience**

Bachelor's (MBA preferred)

CRM chops (Salesforce, Freshdesk) + a flair for data-led marketing

A team that feels safe under you, and colleagues who miss you when you're not around
