Role & responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional development teams.

- Drive strategic and tactical planning for technology and people resources.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise solutions.
- Implement enhancements to systems and processes that support growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and operations teams to align on business and technical

goals.

- Ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 15 years of experience in software development.

- Proven track record of solving complex engineering problems and delivering enterprise-grade

solutions.

- Robust expertise in Java/Spring and .NET technologies with hands-on experience using relational

databases.

- Solid understanding of Dev Ops principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
- Demonstrated people management and team-building skills.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
