Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets
Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings
Generate new leads and acquire customers
Build solid customer relationships and drive repeat business
Provide exceptional travel consultation and customer support
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
Experience in travel sales will be an added advantage
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Salary ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 (In-hand)
