CNBC Awaaz is looking for a skilled and creative YouTube Producer (Hindi) to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will have strong editorial judgment, a deep understanding of business news, and the ability to grow audiences on YouTube through data-driven content strategies.

We are seeking a YouTube Producer (Hindi) who can combine strong editorial instincts with platform expertise to help grow our digital audience across business, markets, economy, and personal finance content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Publish and optimize YouTube content for maximum reach and engagement

- Write compelling Hindi titles, descriptions, and thumbnail copy

- Drive YouTube SEO and audience growth initiatives

- Monitor analytics and use insights to improve content performance

- Increase watch time, viewer retention, and subscriber growth





- Identify and package trending business news, market updates, economic developments, and personal finance stories for digital audiences

- Collaborate with editorial and video teams to create impactful content strategies

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in YouTube production, digital publishing, or news content creation

- Strong understanding of business news, stock markets, economy, corporate developments, and personal finance

- Experience with YouTube analytics, SEO, and audience development

- Excellent Hindi writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced news workplace and identify content opportunities quickly
