Role Description The Guest Relations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore. This role involves welcoming and assisting visitors, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a professional and positive guest experience at all times. Daily responsibilities include managing reception duties such as handling phone calls, coordinating appointments, and guiding guests to the appropriate personnel or locations. The Guest Relations Executive will address guest concerns, provide information about services,



and support customer service initiatives in collaboration with internal teams. The role may also include basic sales support activities, such as sharing service information and facilitating initial client interactions. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written. Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties capabilities, including call handling, visitor management, and appointment coordination. Candidates should possess basic Sales skills to support client engagement and service promotion. Additional qualifications such as proficiency in MS Office, professional telephone etiquette, and fluency in English and local languages are beneficial. Prior experience in front office, hospitality, corporate reception, or customer-facing roles is an advantage. Ability to maintain a professional appearance, work calmly under pressure, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams is preferred.
