Design Lead will be responsible for leading a team of designers and engaging with high-value design projects, developing concepts and design solutions, managing project timelines & team productivity, quality control & process adherence, and handling client concerns.QualificationsPassionate About Design!Minimum 3 years of experience in turnkey interior & luxury interior designAble to handle a team of 3-4 membersAt least 1 year of experience in team management & client handlingExpertise in Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior DesignExperience in preparing & reviewing construction drawingsFamiliar with Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E;)Creative problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsKnowledge of interior standards & guidelinesExperience in luxury residential design is preferredBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
