Job Description:

- Managing the exclusive talent roster and forging partnerships with various agencies.
- Understanding the unique selling points (USPs) of each creator under our management.
- Developing tailored strategies based on the clientele of each agency and our exclusive talent roster.
- Responsible for maximizing the overall revenue generated by our talent roster.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and brands.
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences,



and users.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
- Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in email communication, Excel, PPT.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media / Marketing.
- Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Well organized with great time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- 3+ years of experience.
