Hiring | Senior – Real Estate Valuation

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 3 years (Senior)

Key Responsibilities:

- Work on valuation and advisory assignments for real estate assets and entities
- Build and review valuation models (DCF, direct capitalization, sales comparison, cost approach)
- Conduct market, industry, and property-level research to support engagements
- Review third-party valuation reports and provide technical recommendations
- Support financial reporting valuations under ASC 805, ASC 820, and ASC 360
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to high-quality client delivery

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1-7 years of experience in Real Estate Valuation
- Hands-on experience with Argus and CoStar
- Robust understanding of valuation methodologies and financial modelling
- Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience in real estate asset management or audit will be preferred
