About the job

As a Customer Service Associate at Zell Education, you will be the first point of contact for our students and parents, providing exceptional service with your excellent English proficiency skills. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Responding to inquiries and providing information about our courses and services via email, phone, and chat.
2. Assisting with enrollment process and guiding students through the registration process.
3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a qualified and timely manner.
4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
7. Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
