Job Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science and Social Studies lessons in accordance with the CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies, digital tools, and project‑based learning to develop critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback and remedial support where needed.
- Maintain classroom discipline, fostering a secure, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment.
- Coordinate and supervise co‑scholastic activities, exhibitions, and field trips related to Science and Social Studies.
- Participate actively in staff development programs, curriculum reviews, and school improvement initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other administrative duties as required by the school.

Essential Qualifications





- Graduate degree (B.Ed.) in Science, Social Studies, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Valid teaching certification as per the regulations of the Gujarat State Education Board.
- Strong command over English and the medium of instruction employed by the school.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate technology into classroom instruction.

Desired Experience

- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the secondary level (Classes 6‑12).
- Experience with activity‑based and experiential learning approaches.
- Familiarity with continuous assessment practices and digital learning platforms.
- Proven track record of improving student academic outcomes and engagement.
