Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic prospecting.
2. Generate qualified leads and build a solid B2B sales pipeline.
3. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable compliance, taxation, licensing, and business advisory solutions.
4. Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and proposal discussions.
5. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
6. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
7. Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
8. Track sales activities, pipeline, and conversion metrics using CRM tools.
9. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
10. Stay updated on market trends and mentor junior business development team members when required.
