About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Call interested leads generated from Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and social media.
2. Explain digital marketing & e-commerce marketplace training courses and training programs to students.
3. Handle admission-related queries professionally.
4. Follow up with interested students regularly.
5. Maintain daily call records and lead status updates.
6. Convince prospects to visit the institute or attend demo sessions.
7. Coordinate with the counselling and marketing team.
8. Build positive relationships with students and parents.
9. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

English Proficiency (Spoken) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel

Other requirements

A. Preferred candidate profile:

1. Undergraduate, graduate, or currently pursuing college.

2. Good interpersonal skills.

3. Self-motivated and target-oriented.

4. Comfortable speaking on phone calls for long durations.

B. Requirements:

1. Fresher candidates can apply.

2. Positive communication skills in Hindi.

3. Basic understanding of English will be an advantage.

4. Confident speaking and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp.

6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
