Job Description Role Overview: /n We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Marketers to join our team in Jaipur.

/n Key Responsibilities: /n Conduct field visits to ongoing and new construction sites across different areas of Jaipur.

/n Generate and qualify current leads by directly approaching contractors, site owners, builders, and individual home builders.
/n Effectively pitch Build Jahaan's construction materials and end-to-end construction services.
/n Report daily activities, leads, and sales updates to the team.

/n Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team for smooth order processing and delivery.

/n Requirements: /n Decent communication and negotiation skills.

/n Prior experience in field sales, real estate, construction materials, or B2B sales is preferred.

/n Basic knowledge of construction materials and the local Jaipur market is a plus.

/n Salary Range- 15k to 25k

/n Must have a bike/scooter.

/n Work Schedule: /n 6 days a week (Sunday off).

/n Daily reporting to the office (after field visits).

/n Location: Jaipur
