Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and hardworking Office Boy / Peon to support the daily operations of the office. The candidate should ensure cleanliness, assist staff with routine tasks, and help maintain a smooth office setting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of the office, cabins, pantry.

Serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to staff and visitors.

Handle office files, documents, and photocopy/printing work.

Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and bank-related paperwork when required.

Purchase office stationery and pantry items.

Assist with loading/unloading small office materials when required.

Open and close the office as per company schedule.

Support HR and Admin teams with day-to-day office tasks.

Ensure office equipment and furniture are kept clean and organized.

Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Eligibility





Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)

Basic reading and writing skills

Honest, disciplined, and well-mannered

Physically fit and willing to perform routine office duties

Preferred Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Time management and punctuality

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on experience)

Overtime (if applicable)

Monday to Saturday

9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
