Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle SAP system configuration and daily support.
2. Troubleshoot user queries and provide training.
3. Maintain documentation and system usage efficiency.
Qualification:
- MBA (Finance) / M. Com / MCA / M.Sc. (IT)
- No backlogs, minimum 60% throughout academics
Experience: Preferably 1 3 years in SAP support roles
Additional Skills: Good communication, system understanding, and training delivery capability
