Position: Accounts Officer

Salary: ₹12,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1–2 years of accounting experience and be familiar with accounting software, GST, and basic financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Assist with GST documentation and statutory compliance.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Support monthly account closing and MIS reporting.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and customers regarding payments.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.




- Assist in payroll processing and other finance-related activities as required.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in accounting for trading or service companies.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and statutory compliance.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.

Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Managing Director

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
