Key Responsibilities

- - Cultivate an Agile mindset in the team

- - Identify the right agile/business practices and methodologies, and implement the same while guiding, coaching, and enabling client and internal teams





- - Manage expectations of clients and internal stakeholders keep things explicit and visible, and deliver value to both clients and our company, Greyamp."

- - Simplify Agile processes for client teams through workshops, sprint planning, and communication

- - Understand the value and need for agile transformation at the client and how improvements can be measured - measures of success or metrics

- - Own and drive the outcomes on ground to achieve the measures of success identified and agreed with the client

- - Coach and assist client team members to drive business value and assist in writing user stories
