Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to improve performance
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle key client interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (Graduation is mandatory)




- 3–5 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Age: 30 years and above
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Valid driving license is required
- Willingness to travel as needed
