Front Desk Receptionist cum Counsellor

- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring a professional appearance.
- Provided administrative support to the office, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Assisted with data entry and maintained filing systems for easy access to important documents.
- Coordinated office communications, including handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Supported team members with various tasks, contributing to a collaborative work environment.




- Counselling the Clients or students for Different products.

Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of scheduling and appointment management software
- Data entry and database management
- Basic bookkeeping and financial transaction handling
- Excellent verbal and written communication

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
