Key Responsibilities

- Fabrication: Cut, bend, shape, and assemble metal components according to technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Welding: Perform high-quality MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various metals (steel, aluminum, stainless steel) in different positions.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret and accurately follow structural blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
- Layout & Layout Prep: Measure and mark dimensions on materials using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) before cutting or welding.
- Machine Operation: Safely operate fabrication equipment, including plasma cutters, band saws, shears, brake presses, and grinders.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished workpieces for defects, straightness,



and conformance to specifications using gauges and measuring instruments.
- Maintenance & Safety: Maintain welding equipment and tools in clean, working order; strictly adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines, including wearing proper PPE.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Proven experience as a Welder, Fabricator, or similar role (typically [2-5+] years preferred).

Pay: ₹10,506.08 - ₹43,024.44 per month
