Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential candidates interested in cybersecurity careers and upskilling.
- Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job portals, professional communities, social media platforms, online forums, webinars, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective students and working professionals.
- Perform basic qualification of leads before assigning them to Academic Counsellors.
- Maintain daily and weekly lead generation targets.
- Manage CRM records and ensure lead information is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare reports on lead generation activities, conversions, and pipeline metrics.
- Assist in maintaining student enquiry records and documentation.




- Coordinate with Academic Counsellors regarding lead status and follow-up requirements.

Key Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust LinkedIn research and networking skills.
- Experience in lead generation and database management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tool
- Experience in the EdTech, Training, or Higher Education sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT training, or technology education is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
