Job Profile:

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of applications using Angular on the front end and .NET / .NET Core on the back end.
- Remain actively involved in coding, code reviews, and technical design decisions.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, coding best practices, and security guidelines.
- Guide the team on building scalable, maintainable, and high performance solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support resolution of production incidents.
- Collaborate with architects and product stakeholders on technical roadmaps.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high performance team culture.
- Identify skill gaps and drive continuous learning within the team.

Technical Skills

- Strong hands on experience with:

o Angular (modern versions)
o .NET / .NET Core, C#
o RESTful API design and integration

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices along with working on Gen AI technologies.
- Cloud experience (Azure preferred) is a strong plus.
- Ability to remain technically hands on while handling people management responsibilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
