Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team in driving business growth for our interior design services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, assisting in closing deals, and ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to project onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct client meetings (in-person/virtual) to understand requirements and present design solutions
- Coordinate with the design team to align client expectations with execution.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support site visits, measurements, and project discussions.
- Maintain CRM data and track sales activities and pipeline.
- Assist in closing deals and negotiating terms with clients.

​Requirements​





- ​Bachelor’s degree in Bu​*siness, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.*
- 2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in interior design, real estate, or related industry).
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Presentable personality with a client-focused approach.
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
