Job Description

Amani Travel & Tourism is looking for energetic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in travel sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in travel sales
- Qualification in IATA or Travel & Tourism
- Male or Female candidates can apply
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work under sales targets and pressure
- Knowledge in ticketing, visa process, holiday packages, or travel-related services is preferred

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries regarding travel services




- Assist clients with flight bookings, visa assistance, holiday packages, and other travel requirements
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Achieve monthly sales targets
