Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting furniture products, achieving sales targets, and providing an excellent shopping experience from inquiry to purchase.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their furniture requirements.
- Explain product features, materials, sizes, designs, and pricing.
- Recommend suitable furniture based on the customer's needs and budget.
- Prepare quotations and assist with order booking and billing.
- Negotiate prices within company guidelines and close sales.
- Follow up with customers on quotations, pending orders, and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for timely dispatch.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and products are displayed attractively.
- Maintain knowledge of new products, offers, and promotions.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.

Required Skills

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (12th pass may be considered for some roles).
- 1–3 years of experience in retail or furniture sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in furniture, home décor, interiors, or retail sales.
- Knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, and customization options.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
