Market & Sales Execution

- Assist in the execution of sales plans within the assigned territory.
- Support beat planning, outlet coverage and secondary sales activities.
- Participate in retailer engagement and relationship building.

Distributor Management

- Understand distributor operations, stock management and order fulfilment processes.
- Assist in tracking product availability and market execution.

Market Development

- Support visibility initiatives, merchandising and promotional activities.
- Collect market intelligence on competition, pricing and customer feedback.

Learning & Development





- Shadow Sales Officers and Territory Sales Officers to understand day-to-day sales operations.
- Complete all assigned training modules and learning interventions.

Business Projects

- Execute assigned business improvement projects and present recommendations to the review panel.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to improve sales processes and market execution.

Reporting & Compliance

- Maintain accurate sales reports and activity records using company systems.
- Adhere to company policies, sales processes and compliance requirements.

Performance & Reviews

- Participate in regular performance reviews with reporting managers.
- Demonstrate learning agility, ownership and readiness for independent territory management
